Let me just clarify the definition of “doing nothing ” of my beloved husband: On Easter Sunday it meant 15km cross country skiing (freestyle) on extremely steep mountain slopes, some strength training and some yoga. Easter Monday: Skiing with me and our 7 year old daughter, some yoga in the evening. Tuesday: 10km cross country and 30 min crashing ice with pick and shovel in front of our house….

Hi Jules, Thank you for feedback. I am glad one person is actually reading our blog… funny enough, I am writing to you from Candidasa and we are about to visit Ubud again on Tuesday. Bali Putra is a small villa rental with about 8 houses on Jalan Pengosekan opposite to Bagus Pizza and just North of Cafe Arma. These are basic house and there is no website for it. We paid 650 USD a month. The big drawback is that there is no pool and it is in our view essential when travelling with young children in a place like Ubud where children activities are limited. My recommendation would be to pay a bit more around a 1000 USD, and get a house with a pool or at least a pool to share. Many houses can be found on-site so if you plan to spend a few month I would not necesssarily book on-line but rather go and visit a few houses and make sure you have got the right one for you and your family. but you also may be lucky on-line. Fantastic decision to go to Pelangi School. We are planning to maybe come back
